Lufthansa operated some of its aircraft with “Express” titles for domestic flights during a period in the 1990s, as a response to new Low Cost Carriers opening in Germany. This particular aircraft flew with Lufthansa until 1996 and then with Aloha Airlines until the carrier’s demise in 2008.
